Vidya Soudha Public School, KIADB, Hassan had organized “Inter school CBSE sports Fiesta” on 24th November which was a vibrant celebration, the air charged with the spirit of competition, teamwork, unbridled enthusiasm. Participants were ready to showcase their prowess in a Kaleidoscope of events. It was a celebration of human potential, unity and the sheer joy of pushing one’s limits between CBSE Schools.

The proceedings of this event commenced with the arrival of our chief guest Dr. Rangegowda sir, Principal of VSAMS. Centre heads of different branches and Principal of VSPU were present in the occasion. The chief guest hoisted the sports flag and inaugurated through the flame lighting ceremony in which the torch was carried by students and march past by all the participants.

Principal Mrs. Mamatha Natesh warmly welcomed the gathering and administered the oath to the participants. The chief guest encouraged the participants and spoke about the importance of games and sports in their life.

All the teams performed well. The day concluded with the prize distribution ceremony for the winners, who were elated to their medals and certificates. But everybody went home as winners, having imbibed the spirit of leadership, sharing team spirit and tolerance which is synonymous with sports.

It was a day well spent with happy vibrant smiles all around and memories to cherish.
