Dr. Manje Gowda
Dr. Manje Gowda is the Founder Chairman of Vidya Soudha Group Of Institutions. Hailing from a small rural village near Hassan, he has achieved excellence in both education and industry over a career spanning more than 35 years. A rank holder in Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, he did his Masters and Doctorate from Indian Institute of Science, Bangalore and Masters of Business Administration from University of Bangalore. He has wide ranging experience both in Public and Private sectors with meritorious achievements and professional success. He began his career in PWD, Government of Karnataka and later moved to KSFC, a Government of Karnataka undertaking, engaged in corporate funding. He took voluntary retirement from a senior position in KSFC to explore other opportunities in the private sector. He has worked with various privately held and public companies. He has served on the board of BWSSB. He is also a Sports Administrator. He is currently serving as the Joint Secretary for Boxing Federation of India (BFI) and Vice President of Karnataka Olympic Association (KOA).
Arvind Manjegowda
Arvind Manjegowda is the Vice-Chairman of Vidya Soudha Group Of Institutions.
He completed his Masters in Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from University of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, USA and Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore (MSRIT).
He has more than a decade of experience working in executive level positions with large Fortune 500 corporations to small and mid-sized corporations across USA, Europe and Asia. A finance & strategy professional with demonstrated experience in mergers & acquisitions, business turnarounds, fund raising, business development, commercial operations and general management. Proven track record on execution of high-level strategies working with C-Level executives to achieve organizational goals. He is experienced and successful in operating in a lean business environment, including hands-on management of multiple functions. Experienced in highly leveraged companies – restructuring, bank and investor relations, acquisitions, divestitures and cash management. He has held several leadership positions with companies such as Wipro, Cardiac Science, Criticare Systems, Accenture and has lived in USA and India

Smt. H S Sudha is a co-founder member of Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions. She is a leading champion of education and life skills impairment in children and has decades of experience in addressing various social causes and educational issues.
