Dr. Manje Gowda
Founder Chairman
Dr. Manje Gowda is the Founder Chairman of Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions with over 35 years of experience across education, finance, industry, and public service. A rank holder in Engineering from Malnad College of Engineering, Hassan, he holds a Master’s degree and Doctorate from IISc Bangalore and an MBA from Bangalore University.
He began his career with the Public Works Department, Government of Karnataka, later serving in senior roles at Karnataka State Financial Corporation (KSFC) before moving into private sector leadership.
He has served on the Board of BWSSB and currently serves as Joint Secretary of Boxing Federation of India (BFI) and Vice President of Karnataka Olympic Association (KOA).

Vice Chairman
Arvind Manjegowda is the Vice Chairman of Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions with over a decade of international experience across finance, strategy, operations, and business leadership. He holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Pittsburgh, USA, and a degree in Computer Science Engineering from MS Ramaiah Institute of Technology, Bangalore.
He has worked across the USA, Europe, and Asia with organizations including Wipro, Cardiac Science, Criticare Systems, and Accenture.
