International Yoga Day was celebrated by the students and teachers at VS Kids, VJN on 21st June 2019 with great enthusiasm. Students  demonstrated various asanas followed by Omkar chanting. Warm up exercises were taken , importance of yoga were explained simultaneously.The celebration concluded with synchronized recitation of shlokas and students were encouraged to practice regular yoga to remain fit and improve concentration.
