About us
Our Aim to Empower
Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions (VSGI) was founded in 2013 under the guidance of the Sri Manjunatha Seva Trust, a non-profit charitable organization dedicated to making quality education accessible, inclusive, and affordable. What began as a humble initiative with just 70 students has grown into a strong educational network of 10 institutions, serving over 5,000 students across five campuses in Karnataka.
Led by our Founder Chairman, Dr. Manje Gowda, VSGI offers comprehensive education from preschool to undergraduate programs, following CBSE, ICSE, Karnataka PUC, and university-affiliated curricula.
With a strong focus on modern teaching methodologies, ethical values, and holistic development, VSGI equips students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence required to face real-world challenges. Supported by a dedicated team of over 500 experienced educators, VSGI continues its mission of shaping future-ready learners and responsible global citizens.

Our History
Established in 2013 by Dr. Manje Gowda under Sri Manjunatha Seva Trust, VSGI has grown from 70 students to 5,000+ learners across 10 institutions, offering education from pre-school to undergraduate levels, affiliated with CBSE, ICSE, Karnataka PUC, University of Mysore, University of Bangalore, and BSS (NTT & MTT).
