Application forms are issued at the college office. The filled in forms along with the required documents are to be submitted within 7 days
Documents Required :
- Duly filled in application form has to be submitted at college office along with application form fees
- TC to be submitted within first week of starting of college
- Original Birth Certificate and three-passport size photograph, Xerox copy of Aadhar card
