True to his words Vidhya Soudha PU College Organised a fieldtrip for both I and II year PU students on 24.8.19 and 25.8.19 respectively. The trip started at Janapada Loka, a place that transmutes us to the folk world, followed by Somanathpura, a place of historical importance. Here stands the finest and most exemplary monument of Hoysala architecture known as the famous Chennakesava Temple. It was a place of scenic beauty .Late in the afternoon amidst the Scotch mist we reached Shivanasamudra, a small city in the state of Karnataka. The falls is on the Kaveri River. A perineal waterfall that God has found his own beautiful abode amidst splendid beauty. True to the lines of John Keats ’A Thing of Beauty Is a joy forever’ the trip was a memorable experience for the years to come.
