KANNADA RAJYOTHSAVA & 6TH FAMILY KREEDOTSAV 2022-23 was celebrated with great enthusiasm along with Eye & Dental Checkup camps in Vidya Soudha Kids, Hassan, on 12th November, 2022. The School’s playground was overflowing with zeal, passion and excitement. The programme began with the arrival of the Chief Guest and Dignitaries.
The event was followed by the hoisting of the Karnataka flag by Pavan Sir Board of Trustee VSGI, and all in unison sang the State Anthem & National Anthem. Later Eye & Dental checkup camps were inaugurated by Guest Dr. Shivaprasad C, Ophthalmologist. Chief Guest inaugurated the Marathon by flying the Hydrogen Balloons. Later Programme began with Prayer & Lamp lighting by the Chief Guest & Dignitaries. A melodious song was sung by a group of students. Our Center Head Mrs. Shayista Umme Salma addressed the gathering about the Programme and educated them with the rules of the games. The students displayed a wide array of energetic events ranging from the March Past, track events, School drill and Sports dance. They mesmerized the audience with their energetic performances.
The proud parents could be seen filled with happiness to see their child performing. The chief guest addressed the gathering. He emphasized the importance of sports in a child’s life. Dr. Shivaprasad Guest of the programme also inculcated the information about the eyes and also about the issues facing by the children’s in the society by usage of mobile, video games etc,. The parents were not far behind, as they enthusiastically participated in all the games organized for them. The Chief Guest and the Dignitaries awarded the medals to the winners of the various sports events. The program culminated with Vote of Thanks. It was a day well spent basking in the warmth of the sun and witnessing the tiny tots run, jump, tumble, roll and hop!
