“Parents Orientation programme for the year 2022-2023 was conducted on 12th June, Sunday in the Vidya Soudha Pu college premises. The programme started up with a formal welcome song sung by “Jyothika” II PUC Star batch student, the lightning of the lamp taken up by all the dignitaries, addressing the gathering etc.
The Chairman of Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions, Dr. Manje Gowda represented the duties of the students and also advised to respect their parents and adhere to their words.
The Trustee of Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions, Mr. Aravind Manje Gowda assured that he will promote some extra exposure to the students by implementing various career guidance courses.
The Principal of VSPU Hassan branch Mrs. Vani Sathish stated that they guide the students as a second parent.
The Principal of VSPU Bangalore branch Dr. Lakshmiprasanna H R presented the rules and regulations of the college, briefed about the academic syllabus, the importance of the integrated courses, the availability of seats in the selection of JEE/NEET exams and also about the competition level among the students.
The parents of our college students clarified their doubts on various aspects and felt ecstatic. The staff members of both Hassan and Bangalore PUC were the spectators along with the I PUC parents and students. The programme ended up with vote of thanks and dispersed with small refreshment.
