Alvida was celebrated on March 3rd 2023 in a ceremonial way with the presence of Dr.Venkatesh, professor Physics and other dignitaries.
II PUC students were dressed in a majestic look. The entire programme went on well with various entertaining presentation on a digital platform. The programme was organised by Mr. Venkatachala, Lang department, and compering was done by Mrs. Prathiba and Mrs. Bhagyalakshmi, Lang department. Welcome speech was delivered by Mrs. Vani, Lang department.
Programme was well planned with many interesting events like Blessing video, Memory video and Launch of e-magazine, where all teaching and non-teaching staff members showered their blessing with a pre video shoot and it was digitalised by Mr. Nizar, Department of Economics and the memory video was digitalised by Mr. Ravi Kiran, Department of Computer. Students were over whelmed with a great happiness and were able to infer their past feelings.
Followed by Oath taking which was delivered by Mr. Siddaramaiah, Department of Accountancy, students followed the words with attention. Even “Vidyotsava” the release of e-magazine was done by the Trustee Mr. Aravind. Principal along with the staff members were filled with pride as it was the first time to release e-magazine in their tenure years. Chief Guest gave away the prizes for the winners of Commerce activities, first prize Safna Bathun and team from 2C1 & 2C2, second prize Vidhya and team from 2C3 and Third prize Manas & team from 2C3.
Chief Guest Dr. Venkatesh shared few guidelines regarding the selection of degree courses and their job opportunities.
Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions, Trustee Mr. Aravind wished the students for their PUC final exams as well as guided the students to choose their dream courses in their future.
Vidya Soudha Degree College Bangalore, Principal Dr. Dhananjaya gave the knowledge about the degree courses after their PUC.
Vidya Soudha PU College Bangalore, Principal Dr. Lakshmiprasanna shared his wishes and guidance to be followed in their final examination. He also announced the names of the best out goers for the year 2022-23 as Master Arjun Gowda B A, 2S1 and Miss Usha R, 2C1. They were felicitated with a shield and certificate as a token of appreciation from the dignitaries.
Programme came to an end with the Vote of Thanks delivered by Mr. Manjunath, Lang department. Students were dispersed with a refreshment and heavy hearts.
