Varamahalakshmi Festival was celebrated at Vidya Soudha Kids K R Puram Branch on 04th August, 2022.
Eight girls were dressed as Asthalakshmi. All other Children were dressed up as in Festive attire. Songs were played related to Lakshmi while puja was performed by the staff.
Center Head, Mrs. Shayista Umme Salma explained the children about the significance of the Festival. Teachers narrated the story behind the celebration of Varamahalakshmi Festival celebration.
The fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air. The involvement of the children in the celebrations at such a tender age was worth applauding.
Prasada was distributed among all the children. Beautiful decorations were put up to make this event more cheerful and colourful.
