Application forms are issued at the school office. The filled in forms along with the required documents are to be submitted within 7 days.
Documents Required :
- Duly filled in application form has to be submitted at school office along with application form fees.
- TC to be submitted within first week of starting of school
- Original Birth Certificate and three-passport size photograph, Xerox copy of Aadhar card
