Mrs. Salma brings 17 years of excellence in early childhood education and a strong academic foundation with a Master’s Degree in Commerce & Hindi, along with Montessori and Nursery Teacher Training.

She began her career as a Teacher, Assistant Head Mistress, Administrator, and Financial Advisor, gaining diverse experience that has honed her expertise in child development and educational leadership. Since the inception of Vidya Soudha Kids, KR Puram, she has been serving as the Center Head, leading the team with dedication and vision.

Mrs. Salma continually updates herself with the latest educational methodologies to enhance the learning abilities of both students and teachers. She guides her team to create a developmentally appropriate, engaging, and fun learning environment that fosters intellectual, social, and emotional growth in children.

Under her leadership, Vidya Soudha Kids, KR Puram focuses on nurturing young minds, empowering teachers, and shaping a foundation for lifelong learning.
