As cherished members of our institution, we recognize that the decision to enroll a child in school can evoke a range of emotions, including excitement and concern. In acknowledgment of these sentiments, we have arranged an orientation program scheduled for June 8th, 2024.
The program commenced with an invocation song performed by all class teachers, followed by a ceremonial lamp lighting by our academic adviser, Mrs. Uma Pratap, and the Center Head, Mrs. Shayista Umme Salma. Subsequently, the first admitted child’s parent and teachers were acknowledged.
The orientation program, thoughtfully curated and delivered by Center Head Mrs. Shayista Umme Salma, encompassed detailed information about academics, school regulations, uniforms, lunch patterns, and introduced key elements essential to our institutional success. This comprehensive presentation made a significant impression on new students and their families.
Academic Adviser, Mrs. Uma Pratap expounded on the planner and additional activities for the academic year 2024-25. Furthermore, the teachers elucidated the methodology for teaching phonic sounds, rhymes, numbers, and the storytelling approach through song.
The session was remarkably informative, with engaged parents actively seeking clarification through inquiries.
The primary objective of the program is to bridge the gap between parents and the institution, facilitating seamless communication and proactively addressing parental concerns, thereby underscoring our commitment to proactive and attentive support.
