On the occasion of World Drug Day, students of Vidya Soudha PU College, Hassan, were invited by the Hassan Rural Police Department to participate in an impactful Open House Program organized for the youth.
As part of the awareness initiative, Inspector Joy Anthony educated the students on various laws related to youth safety, drug abuse prevention, and child rights. The interactive session aimed to empower students with the knowledge to make informed and safe choices in their lives.
A highlight of the program was the official launch of a new mobile application titled “ME”, designed to enhance communication between youth and the police, promote safety, and provide easy access to important resources and emergency services.
