Krishna Janmashtami was celebrated at Vidya Soudha Kids K R Puram Branch on 06th September, 2023.
The birthday of Lord Krishna is celebrated as Krishna Janmashtami. The main significance of Janmashtami is to encourage goodwill and to discourage bad will.
Children were dressed up as Krishna & Radha. Songs were played related to Janmashtami while pooja was performed by the staff and the children. The fragrance of flowers, soothing aroma of burning camphor and jingle of the bells filled the air. The involvement of the children in the celebrations at such a tender age was worth applauding.
Beautiful decorations were put up to make this event more cheerful and colorful. Children danced on the tunes of garba. A ‘Matki Phod’ event was also organized to mark the mischievous nature of ‘Bal Gopal’.
The holy occasion brings people together, thus it signifies unity and faith.
