Vidya Soudha School of Education (VSSE) in Bangalore, affiliated with Bharath Sevak Samaj, offers diploma programs in teacher training aimed at developing skilled preschool teachers.

Founded by Dr. Manje Gowda, VSSE focuses on a holistic approach to teaching, incorporating child psychology, development, and early childhood education. The curriculum covers modern teaching methods, flexible approaches to cater to individual needs, and hands-on training in real classroom environments. Courses are available in one-year or six-month formats, with options for regular or correspondence study. Graduates receive practical experience, an opportunity to work post-training, and an experience certificate, qualifying them to teach in nursery or Montessori schools in India and abroad.

3 months In-house Practical Training – Students will be allowed to observe the experienced teachers teaching and handling the children which will be valuable to start the teaching career.

Placements – Students on completion of the course will be appointed if found capable and vacancies are available.

Orientation

Application forms are issued at the school office. The filled in forms along with the required documents are to be submitted within 7 days.

Prerequisites for Admission

Minimum qualification – Pass in SSLC in English medium
Documents to be submitted – Copies of marks sheets of SSLC / any other qualification.
