Effective parenting is so difficult to achieve in today’s challenging society. The need of hour is to find a solution for the tough challenges which are posed in the present modern world. To cater to the child’s complete holistic development and to ignite and empower the parenting skills an introspective ‘MIND SPARK’ seminar was organized at Vidya Soudha Public School.
An eminent educationist, an inspiring orator and the member of the advisory board of the Vidya Soudha Group of institutions, Dr. Guraraj Karajagi presented the interactive seminar which covered the topics such as Healthy upbringing of child, different parenting styles, do’s and don’ts of parenting, moulding child’s behaviour, bringing up the ethical value amongst young minds, accepting the uniqueness of child and active involvement of parents – spending useful time with children. With this interactive session he captivated the audience and also answered many questions which were posted by parents.
The Principal, Mrs. Padmashree M, expressed appreciation about the positive impact of the seminar and reflected about the challenges faced by the present-day parents in this tech savvy world. Over all this event was fruitful, as it kindled, sparked and made everyone feel that they have transformed to be positive people.
