At the High School level, students are regularly encouraged to conduct research at elementary and complex levels right from Grade 6 onwards. For this purpose, the school infrastructure and curriculum enables the active use of school laboratories, the library and technology. Scholarly development at VSPS refers to the development of academic knowledge and honing of creative expressions through performing arts, fine arts and sports too.

To facilitate meaningful learning, opportunities are provided for students to participate in large and small group discussions, conduct research, practice and structure their own pace of learning. Conventional modes of interaction in the high school section is strengthened with a unique life skills programme called AWAKENED CITIZEN PROGRAM (from the Ramakrishna Mission) that encourages students to listen, observe, imbibe ethical values and share their personal experiences along with their peers that would eventually enhance their inter-personal Skills & Attitudes for Life Long Learning.

Our Yuva High school leaders have always been excellent event managers with the able guidance of the Principal and High School teachers. They not just carry out their responsibilities well, but they are also highly appreciated by the Management and everyone else for their executing their leadership skills in a warm and friendly manner.
