School is called as a community of learners. It is customary that learners have beliefs about how the world works based on their experiences and prior learning. Those beliefs, models or constructs are revisited and revised in the light of new experiences and further learning through co-scholastic programmes such as KARATE, DANCE, MUSIC, ART, ABACUS, LIFE-SKILLS & SPORTS along with Competitive exams at VSPS. These programs support the academic curriculum as they bring a balance in their social, emotional, thinking, attitude and creative skills.

At VSPS, students are supported for mastery and control on their journey to become independent, autonomous learners. The learning experiences are differentiated to accommodate the range of abilities and learning styles in different areas like  dance, art, craft, music (Indian and western), creative writing and much more.

A special program called LEAP START SPORTS is introduced with the help of an agency called FITKIDS. They indulge to develop and introduce essential sporting activities needed for the holistic development of the student. These activities are structured class-wise to reach other traditional Physical Education outcomes, including the attainment of motor skills, knowledge and social values. 

COMPETITIVE EXAMS such as KISA (Karnataka ICSE Schools Association) TALENT SEARCH exam along with Olympiad exams are conducted every year for students.
