My passion to build the tender minds and see enjoyment in their growth and development led me to become a Preschool teacher and grow as an academic advisor for Preparatory classes with an overall experience of around 17 years. At present I am leading the pre-schools at Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions as the Academic Advisor. My goal is to ignite the passion for teaching in the teachers of Vidya Soudha Kids by providing them with the age appropriate curriculum and periodical training to use them.

Mrs. Salma has achieved excellence in education over a career spanning 17 years of experience with Master Degree in Commerce & Hindi, Montessori Training and Nursery Teacher’s Training.
She started her career as Teacher, Assistant H M, Administrator and Financial Advisor. Presently playing the role of Center Head in Vidya Soudha Kids, from the day of its emergence. Working in various institutions gave her a platform to sharpen her skills. She keeps herself updated with new educational approaches in enhancing the learning abilities of both the students and the teachers.
She leads the team, K.R. Puram Hassan down new paths and guides the teachers to achieve their primary goal i.e., to foster the kids with their intellectual and social development by providing a developmentally appropriate environment so that the learning becomes easy and fun.
