The campus of Vidya Soudha Public School at Vijayanagar, Hassan is located just off Belur road in Vijayanagar Extension 2nd Stage in Hassan. The facility is new and boasts of the latest infrastructure to provide a complete learning experience for the students. The school is currently offering admissions for primary classes from Grade 1-5. Students graduating from Prep-2 at Vidya Soudha Kids, Vijayanagar and Vidya Soudha Kids, KR Puram can opt for this center or the main campus at KIADB area on HN Pura Road.

The Primary Section at VSPS comprises of students from Grade 1 to Grade 6.
We recognize that children at this level have their own unique abilities, interests, aspirations and expectations.
The Primary group is in-turn divided into:
- LOWER PRIMARY GROUP -Grade 1 & 2
- HIGHER PRIMARY GROUP -Grade 3 to 6
Grade 1 to 6 are the foundation years of education, where various skills, preferences and abilities are developed. In the Primary Section there is a subtle mixture of the prescribed curriculum with ‘Active Learning’. Therefore, our curriculum in these classes is structured to encourage and motivate students to become self-confident, self-reliant and self-disciplined, and thus help them achieve full potential. MI Kids program is continued in Grade 1 to enhance English learning.
Special Club Activities in the Primary Section create a fertile environment for collaborative and power learning wherein students open their creative mind box and hone special skills that helps them to experience fun in a very unique manner.
