A farewell filled with pride, memories, and new beginnings
Vidya Soudha Public School, Vijayanagara, Hassan bid an emotional farewell to the Grade 10 batch of 2025–26 while celebrating their Graduation Day, a moment that marked the end of a beautiful chapter and the beginning of countless dreams. The ceremony was inaugurated by Mr. Pavan Manje Gowda, Executive Director, Vidya Soudha Group of Institutions, along with Mr. Siddaramaiah, Principal, Vidya Soudha PU College, Hassan; Mr. Parmesh Halgeri, Principal; Mr. Mohan Kumar K R, Vice Principal; and Mrs. Salma and Mrs. Poornima T D, Center Heads of Vidya Soudha Kids, K R Puram and Vijayanagara branches respectively.
The day began on a divine note with Saraswathi Pooja, performed by students and staff, seeking blessings for wisdom and success. The event was beautifully hosted by Grade 9 students Amruth Patel and Sameeksha, setting a warm and graceful tone. An expressive Invocation Dance by Gannika and Thrisha touched every heart, followed by a sincere Welcome Speech by Navyashree.
As the formal graduation ceremony unfolded, moments such as the Conferment of Certificates, Passing the Light of Knowledge, Administering of the Oath by the Principal, and the symbolic Passing the Mantle of Leadership brought pride, reflection, and emotion to the atmosphere. The Grade 9 students’ dance performances added joy and affection, while the Farewell Speech by Subiya echoed the love, gratitude, and admiration for their seniors.
In his presidential address, Mr. Pavan Manje Gowda guided students and parents on global opportunities and higher studies abroad, inspiring confidence for the road ahead. Heartfelt and motivating speeches by Mrs. Salma and Mrs. Poornima T D, along with Mr. Siddaramaiah’s guidance on higher education, reassured students that they are never alone in their journey. The Principal’s blessings and best wishes for the upcoming examinations were a touching reminder of the school’s unwavering support.
The ceremony concluded with a warm Vote of Thanks by Ananyavalli and a delicious lunch, but the emotions, smiles, and memories will stay forever. Dear students, carry forward the values you learned here and let your light shine wherever life takes you.
